Excellent school for both kids and adults. Offers Kempo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kick-boxing, Krav-Maga, and MMA Training. My son has been taking Kempo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 3 years now and I've been in BJJ classes for about 1.5 years and we both love it. The instructors make everyone feel welcome and create an atmosphere that feels more like a family than any gym membership could.

I absolutely love this place. My husband has studied martial arts all of his life and I have always been his cheerleader. He has been looking for a place that teaches Krav Maga for years and we finally found a place. He talked me into doing it with him and I gave it a try. I have ZERO experience in martial arts and I can do this. It is the best workout and Krav prepares you for anything dangerous you may come across. It gave me confidence I didn't have before. And the best part there are just as many women as there are men in the class. It is a family friendly environment with ZERO intimidation. If you are searching for a place this is it!!!
My son Isaac has Autism with this he's always been bullied and never has been able to do anything about it until now...But now this last altercations he was hit pretty hard but he was able to control his anger and hold the boy in a well train hold till the police officer showed up to deal with it all... I'm a proud mom of a boy that is beyond excited to learn more thank you for giving him the confidence to stand tall and proud...
My daughter has been taking Karate since August and she absolutely loves it! The staff is so friendly and welcoming! I also take Krav Maga and I always look forward to class!
We have gotten so much more than we ever expected from Stryker. We started just to see if Ren would like Kempo but there is so much more. Peers that are to be looked up to and give Ren such strong examples of how to act and that manners and being kind is a good thing. Respect is a must and practiced daily. Wonderful program!!!
The person my son was before, and the person he is now is very different. He has really grown up since he started. I am thankful to all of the people that work at Stryker Martial Arts .
Our son has gone to Stryker summer camp since he was small ( he's now 14) and now our daughter ! Our son is now helping with camp. It's a great safe program for the summer to enroll your children in. They take a karate class during the day, crafts, reading time , games etc! Gives the children time to interact with other children from different areas of the area. My husband and children take Karate, jujitsu and Mma . Our son has his teen black belt in karate. SMMA is a family oriented place which is one of the most things I love about it! Our family wouldn't attend anywhere else!
Absolutely love this group of people!! Love what they are teaching our kids. The positive nature of the company is amazing. They celebrate the kids milestones in life and encourage them to raise the bar and become more.
This is my daughter's 2nd year at Stryker and we can't be more happy with our decision to send her. I was so impressed with Summer Camp last year we signed her up for the after school program. Our daughter is very sweet natured and has a tendency to get picked on but since attending Stryker she has become more confident. Their Powerful Words Program had taught her discipline, respect, team-work and so much more. If you are looking for an Excellent summer program I highly recommend Stryker!!!!
Stryker has been the best thing for our son. He has better focus, more respect and has developed a level of discipline he didn't have before Stryker. We LOVE Stryker!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Stryker! This is our son's 2nd year in the summer program. They do so much with the children! They have a different theme every week such as Heroes vs Villains, Nerf War week and Lego Camp. They have the kids exercise every morning, read every day, make crafts, watch movies and all the while teaching them about important life principles such as respect, patience, responsibility just to name a few. Our son loved the program so much that we enrolled him in the Kempo karate class. He is now a blue belt in black belt training and is participating in their STORM team (Special Team Of Role Models). Mr. Massie and Mrs. Dee have created an awesome environment for the children. They, along with the other instructors, are wonderful, they really care about the kids and make learning fun. If you're looking for an interactive, fun, loving, safe place to send your children...this is the place!
Myself and my family goes to stryker and it's more that a gym it's a family coach Massie will put you in your place if you mess up and I love that about him and what can we say about Mrs Dee god we all love her and the instructors are the best in the game
My children leann and Scott started karate from the time they were old enough. I took them to all the tournaments which I really enjoyed seeing them perform,and what Stryker taught them to do,and that was to do their best! They both became black belts. I havetheir trophies all over my house, and now my grandkids want to do it,so I guess they will start. Thanks Chris for all you taught my kids now 27 and 21.
My son take jujitsu and karate at this school and I'm very happy with the results. He learns from quality instructors who make it a point to make him feel welcome and accepted. Great martial arts school.
My family and I have been members at SMAA in Bristol for just over a year now. We enjoy the atmosphere, the instructors, and the location. Never have we had a bad experience at Stryker and we have found an extension to our family that we did not know we were missing. We love it!
Fantastic owners & staff. Loving the Active Shooter Class. Hope to try kickboxing, Yoga, & maybe Krav Maga after "Graduation". Love the fact that no matter your age or physical shape, you are encouraged & made to feel you can do it!
My kids could not stop talking about how much fun they had at your karate class! It definitely helped with all those snow days. I hope we can do a monthly mommy and me karate class. I think the moms had just as much fun! Thank you!!
My oldest son attends Stryker and has loved it since he started. They teach children more than just martial arts. They focus on listening skills, respect, how to be a good citizen, and much more.

This is an amazing place for kids to learn many different types of martial arts and also they will learn respect and discipline. It's really like a big family. My son's have both made lots of new friends.
