Excellent school for both kids and adults. Offers Kempo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kick-boxing, Krav-Maga, and MMA Training. My son has been taking Kempo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 3 years now and I've been in BJJ classes for about 1.5 years and we both love it. The instructors make everyone feel welcome and create an atmosphere that feels more like a family than any gym membership could.
The best Krav Maga program around! I am so much more confident in defending myself than I used to be! Amazing classes and the owners are some of the nicest people you will ever meet!
